Looking for a caring domestic helper

We are a family of 3. Two adults and one seven year old boy.
We live in Tsuen Wan West. Flat size 535 sqft. Two bedrooms. The domestic helper needs to share the room with the boy. But we do have plan of moving to a larger flat in three to four years' time.
We have no pet and car. Daily tasks are very straight foward -- manage the dinner, manage the kitchen, keep the boy company, go to market, do the laundry, and cleaning. That's it. We do have a clearly written working manual.
The day off is usually Sunday but we require the helper to be flexible in some occasions.
Our requirement:
1. At least completed two contracts in the same Chinese family. The candidate needs to be the one cooking in that family.
2. Can cook GOOD Chinese food. Know how to manage a kitchen (e.g. will not scratch a non-stick pan, know what to buy for seasoning.
3. Caring. We expect the candidate to observe our needs carefully and do what we need without us reminding. We are not the kind of employer who would tell the domestic helper to do everything. By the time we need to remind our helper to do certain things that she should have noticed earlier, we would rather do it ourselves (which is quicker). But then there's no point to employ a domestic helper.
4. Polite.
5. Good at listening to and speaking in English. A degree is a plus.
6. Reference letter from previous employer is much appreciated.
7. A height of at least 160cm will be an advantage. Not a must though.
8. No tattoo.
