Looking For Kind hearted Helper for Chinese family

My family:
1. My family has one 12 years old daughter and one 16 months old baby girl.
2. Eldest daughter is occasionally to come back home.
3. I am a fulltime mom and is easy going.
4. My husband works in Central in financial industry from Monday to Friday.
5. We live in Discovery Bay. By ferry 25 mins from Central, Or transfer bus 10 minutes from Sunny Bay MTR station.
6. We have 2 lovely cats (3 years old) who are easy to look after.
7. Our family is Catholic and Christian.


Offer:
1. Salary is $5800 to 7,500 per month, pending on helper's education and experience.
2. I pay $300 extra transport fee per month for helper day off transport.
3. If the helper does not like our food, she can cook her own food at our expense.
4. The helper can have Sunday day off or day off she chose. She can have all public holidays.
5. The helper has her own bedroom/share with a kid, a formal bedroom instead of typical tiny helper room in HK.
6. The helper has her own bathroom including all toiletries.
7. We will treat helper as our own family.


Requirements:

1. Honest, responsible, easy going, good character.
2. Love kids, babies and pets, can look after them well and treat them as their own.
3. At least 4 years' experience and can communicate good English.
4. Cooking, Cleaning, Ironing, marketing, etc. Normal household works as every family. Our standard is average as most family.
5. Know how to cook Chinese and western foods, or at least will to learn.
6. Finished contract or terminated contact with good reason in Hong Kong.
7. Degree/Diploma preferred but not necessary.
