Looking for a full time house help

We are a family of 4, recently moved from the UK. I am a full time doctor, both kids are near teens and go to BISJ. Husband works from home when in Jeddah but travels frequently. I want someone in the house for cleaning, looking after the house, cooking and to look after kids when they come from school.
