Looking for a helper to join our family

We are a family of 4, my husband and I, along with a 3 year old and a newborn.
We also have a pug named Wallie, who is quite low maintenance.

My priority is my children, so I am looking for a helper that enjoys looking after kids, who is kind, patient and honest.
