Needed all arould house help

Hi, Im Pamela, Filipino, looking for a new helper who can join us soon as my helper will be going back to Phil. We are 5 in the household: husband, 3 kids: seven, te, sixteen years old). We live in a 3 bedroom condo. We need someone who can work independently, can be flexible and fast learner, can cook and follow recipes, and patient with kids.


General duties:


Cleaning the house ( 1 room is an office which doesnt need to be cleaned)
Laundry and iron
Cooking
Child minding ( all 3 kids attend school in the morning)
Marketing


Compensation:
Sunday offs (3-4 times/ month). Will be compensated for off days
Will have own room ( loft bed, has own bathroom; but used as storage room)
Can also use the pool and gym amenities during off days
Paid annual leave 15 days after 2 years contract
